All personal data is processed in full compliance with the data-protection law of Serbia and the relevant regulations applied by Serbia. In the event of any conflict between this text and applicable regulations, statutory provisions prevail.
Through the contact form on our website and during phone calls, we collect only basic details: your name, phone number, a description of the table you need, and the delivery address. We do not ask for your national identification number, payment card details, or any sensitive personal information.
We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry, calculate table pricing, arrange on-site measurements, and deliver the finished furniture. The legal basis for processing is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and fulfilling the agreed carpentry services.
We keep communication records for the duration of furniture production and the statutory warranty period, after which the records are deleted. Invoice data is retained in accordance with the accounting laws of the Republic of Serbia.
We never sell or share your phone number and address with marketing agencies. Access to your address is limited strictly to our workshop craftsmen and the driver who delivers and installs the table at your location in Novi Sad and surrounding areas.
You have the right at any time to request access to the data we hold about you, request corrections to an incorrect phone number, or ask for deletion from our internal records. You can submit a request simply by calling our workshop.
