These terms of service govern the ordering of carpentry services, measurement, production, and installation of tables at the Copsecompass workshop in Novi Sad.
These terms apply to all agreements between the carpentry workshop Copsecompass, Temerinska 56, Novi Sad, and natural or legal persons ordering carpentry services. The client is deemed to accept these terms upon written or verbal confirmation of the table production quote.
After receiving an inquiry, we prepare an initial estimate. A final quote is formed after defining the exact dimensions, wood type, and legs. The quote includes a job description, price, advance payment amount, and estimated completion timeframe. Any subsequent change in dimensions entails a price adjustment.
The client must ensure unobstructed access and space for bringing in and assembling the table on the agreed installation day. The workshop commits to performing the work professionally, according to the standards of the carpentry trade, and using wood with previously verified moisture content.
Prices are expressed in dinars and stated in the quote. Payment is made in cash after successful completion of on-site assembly, or via bank transfer based on an issued invoice. The workshop does not accept payment by credit cards or card terminals.
The client may change the appointment for measurements or delivery free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of full cancellation after wood cutting has begun, the client covers the actual cost of purchased and cut materials that cannot be reused.
Complaints regarding visible damage or instability must be submitted immediately upon installation or within eight days of receiving the table. The workshop is liable for latent wood defects and failing glue joints for a period of one year from the installation date, provided the table was not placed next to a radiator or exposed to direct water.
All disputes are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. The parties will attempt to resolve all misunderstandings amicably through negotiation; otherwise, the Basic Court in Novi Sad has jurisdiction.
