We understand that home decorating plans can change. Here are the rules on how we proceed if you need to reschedule or cancel an order.

Cancellation window
Let us know by phone or message up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and we will not charge you anything. In case of a later cancellation, we may only charge the actual cost of materials already prepared for you, as stated in the quote.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free of charge. As soon as you contact us, we will offer you a new available date within one business day.
Section · 03
When do we issue a refund
We issue a full refund if we cancel the order, if we are unable to craft the agreed piece, or if the appearance does not match the offer and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- If you cancel before the lumber is cut to size, we will refund the advance payment in full.
- If the lumber has already been cut and glued to your dimensions, we only deduct the actual cost of materials used from the advance payment.
- If we are responsible for a delay of more than 14 days beyond the agreed deadline, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit.
- In the event of observed craftsmanship defects that we cannot fix on site, we grant a proportional price reduction.

How to submit a refund request
- Contact us by phone or message with the reason for your cancellation or change
- We verify the current processing stage of your furniture piece
- We issue a refund to your account based on the cost of materials used

Timeline
We transfer the refundable amount to your checking account within three business days of the agreement.
